We judge work by what it does for a client: more enquiries, less manual work, a site that loads fast. Hours logged and lines of code do not count.

Find the real problem first
We look for the cause before we build or buy anything. Sometimes the answer is a small fix, not new software. Good people know when not to build.

Clean, careful work
We build with Next.js and TypeScript and care about fast pages, accessible markup and code that is easy to maintain years later. Speed never excuses sloppy work.

Freedom and ownership
No long interview rounds and no micromanaging. You work directly with the founders, Balaji Naidu and Soorya Naidu, get clear goals and the room to deliver.

Why does WebMarv not list job roles?
Fixed job ads attract people who write for the job description, not people who solve business problems. We look for people with a real strength, such as client success engineering, Next.js speed, AI search or workflow automation, and we make room for them.
What counts as proof of work?
A live website, a GitHub repository, a deployed automation, a test you ran on a client’s sales funnel, or a write-up of a real business problem you solved. We do not read CVs or lists of credentials.
How does hiring work?
You send your application on this page with a link to your work. The founders read it within 48 hours. If your work fits, we contact you directly.
Is this only for developers?
No. We welcome client success developers, full-stack engineers, AI automation builders, conversion specialists and growth people who care about craft, speed and real client results.
Do you pay for the trial task?
Yes. Before any offer, we try working together on a real, paid task.
Where is the team based?
Our office is in Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru. We work in person at the office, and we offer flexible arrangements for exceptional self-directed people.
